General Service Terms

By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Service Authorization

  • Written or verbal authorization is required before any work begins
  • Estimates are provided in good faith but may change if additional work is needed
  • We will contact you before proceeding with any additional charges
  • You are responsible for all authorized work performed

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services
  • We accept cash, credit cards, and financing options
  • A deposit may be required for extensive repairs or special order parts
  • Late payments may incur finance charges at 1.5% per month
  • We reserve the right to place a lien on your vehicle for unpaid balances

Warranty & Guarantees

Our warranty terms are as follows:

  • Labor warranty: 12 months or 12,000 miles (24 months for brake services)
  • Parts warranty: As provided by the manufacturer
  • Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period
  • Warranty does not cover normal wear, improper maintenance, or damage
  • Proof of purchase and service records required for warranty claims

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate vehicle information and service history
  • Follow recommended maintenance schedules
  • Report any issues or concerns promptly
  • Keep scheduled appointments or provide reasonable notice for changes
  • Remove personal items from vehicle before service
  • Ensure vehicle is properly registered and insured

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited as follows:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions not disclosed
  • We are not liable for damage caused by improper vehicle use or maintenance
  • Customer vehicles are left at the owner's risk for theft, vandalism, or weather damage

Parts & Materials

Regarding parts and materials:

  • We use quality parts that meet or exceed OEM specifications
  • Customer-supplied parts may void our labor warranty
  • Special order parts are non-returnable and non-refundable
  • We are not responsible for parts that fail due to improper installation elsewhere
  • Part availability may affect service completion timelines

Service Guarantee

Our service guarantee includes:

  • Honest, professional service from ASE-certified technicians
  • Detailed explanations of all recommended repairs
  • Written estimates before work begins
  • Clean, safe facility with modern equipment
  • Satisfaction guarantee on all work performed

Cancellation & Rescheduling

For appointment changes:

  • Please provide 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations
  • Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee
  • We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling
  • Special order parts deposits are non-refundable

Vehicle Storage

Regarding vehicle storage:

  • Vehicles left beyond agreed time may incur storage fees
  • We are not responsible for items left in unattended vehicles
  • Vehicles may be moved for safety, security, or operational reasons
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer

Dispute Resolution

Dispute resolution process:

  • All disputes will be handled in good faith through direct communication
  • If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to mediation or small claims court
  • The prevailing party may be entitled to recover legal fees and costs
  • All disputes will be governed by Mississippi state law
