Service Warranty
We offer comprehensive warranties on our services to give you peace of mind:
Labor Warranty
- Most repairs: 12 months or 12,000 miles
- Brake services: 24 months or 24,000 miles
- Oil changes: 3 months or 3,000 miles
Our labor warranty covers the workmanship of our certified technicians. If the same issue occurs due to our work, we'll fix it at no additional labor cost.
Parts Warranty
All parts we install come with manufacturer warranties. The duration varies by part type:
- Brake pads and shoes: 12 months or 12,000 miles
- Rotors and drums: 12 months or 12,000 miles
- Batteries: 3-5 years (manufacturer dependent)
- Tires: 5-6 years (manufacturer dependent)
- Alternators and starters: 12-24 months
- Suspension components: 12 months or 12,000 miles
Refund Policy
Service Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with a service we performed, please contact us within 30 days. We'll investigate your concern and work to make it right, which may include:
- Re-inspecting and correcting the issue at no additional cost
- Partial or full refund if the issue cannot be resolved to your satisfaction
- Credit toward future services
Parts Return Policy
We do not offer refunds on parts that have been installed. For unused parts:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase
- Parts must be in original, unused condition
- Special order parts cannot be returned
- A restocking fee of 15% may apply
What's Not Covered
Our warranties and refund policies do not cover:
- Damage caused by improper vehicle maintenance
- Issues resulting from accidents or improper use
- Normal wear and tear
- Problems caused by modifications or aftermarket parts
- Damage from environmental factors (road salt, chemicals, etc.)
- Issues not related to the original repair
- Parts damaged due to improper installation by the customer

- Schedule an inspection appointment
Our Investigation Process
When you report a potential warranty issue:
- We'll inspect your vehicle at no cost to determine the cause
- Our technicians will document their findings
- We'll contact you with our assessment and recommended next steps
- If covered, we'll repair the issue at no additional cost
- If not covered, we'll provide a detailed explanation and estimate for repairs
Customer Responsibilities
To maintain warranty coverage, customers should:
- Follow the manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule
- Use appropriate fluids and parts for your vehicle
- Operate the vehicle according to the manufacturer's guidelines
- Report any issues promptly
- Keep records of all maintenance and repairs
Dispute Resolution
If you're not satisfied with our resolution of a warranty or refund claim:
